Post: customer service commissioner (2-3)
Post duties:
1. communicate effectively with customers through telephone or network and solve customer needs one stop.
2. the customers assigned by the company will recommend and introduce the products of the company, so as to produce corresponding benefits.
3. to provide customers with complete and accurate requirements and opinions, and record and collate and report the responsibilities of the superior.
4. regular customer visits to maintain customer relationship, service orders;
5. good execution of work and work strictly according to specifications and procedures.
6. cooperate with the Department Manager to complete the corresponding work and complete other affairs.
7. share information with colleagues or supervisors, accumulate knowledge and provide basis for process improvement.
Requirements for office:
1.18-35 years old, technical secondary school or above, customer service sales operator preferred.
2. solid, enthusiastic, mandarin standard clear, quick response, strong expression.
3. can endure hardships, obey management, be good at communication, have a certain computer basis, and be proficient in using OFFICE software.
4. responsible, strong work initiative, know how to allocate time and arrange work reasonably.
5. like sales work, responsible, teamwork spirit, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure;
6. have certain market analysis and judgement ability, good customer service consciousness;
7. quick thinking with insight into customer psychological activities.
Position salary: 4000~6000 yuan + CTI + performance
Working benefits: double cease, national statutory holidays, social security in Guangzhou
Working hours: Monday to Friday (morning 9:00-12:30 afternoon: 13:30-18:00)
