Post duties:
1. understand customers' needs through telephone, QQ and so on, deal with customer's questions and reply.
2. develop new customers, expand business with old customers, establish and maintain customer files;
3. coordinate internal resources and improve customer satisfaction;
4. collect and process information flow, sort out common problems and feedback from customers.
5. good execution of work and work strictly according to specifications and procedures.
6. cooperate with the Department Manager to complete the corresponding work and complete other affairs.

Requirements for office:
1.18-30 years old, technical secondary school or above, female preferred, logistics industry experience, network sales and telesales experience preferred.
2. solid, enthusiastic, mandarin standard clear, quick response, strong expression.
3. can endure hardships, obey management, be good at communication, have a certain computer basis, and be proficient in using OFFICE software.
4. responsible, strong work initiative, know how to allocate time and arrange work reasonably.
5. good health, good conduct, no bad habits, and able to work well for a long time.
6. have certain market analysis and judgement ability, good customer service consciousness;
7. responsible, team work spirit and able to work under pressure.

Position salary: 3000~6000 yuan + CTI + performance
Working benefits: double cease, national statutory holidays, social security in Guangzhou
Working hours: Monday to Friday (morning 9:00-12:30 afternoon: 13:30-18:00)
