From 1998 to now, you have been in connection with ALI for 20 years. In fact, in the course of career and entrepreneurship, persistence is a very difficult thing. How did you overcome and persist when you met difficulties in your work?
 
In 1992, I went to Hangzhou after I graduated from college. In the first three years, he worked in a state-owned enterprise, and then switched to a three production company under the Telecommunications Department of Hangzhou, which was news. In 1996, I obtained the CPA certified public accountant certificate, and the company arranged for me to do investment work. After that, di Buddha sent 2 million yuan to the Chinese yellow page. The leader of the bureau sent me to the "Chinese Yellow Page" as the supervisor. I and Ali started the fate.

Wenzhou is the first place of China's private economy, but in those years, Wenzhou always faced with many doubts about the cusp of public opinion. What do you think of the next wave of opportunities for traditional industries in the transformation of Wenzhou's private economy?
 
A lot of people say that BAT is already a three seat mountain, and Baidu (Baidu) concentrates all the information together to realize the link between people and information; the Alibaba (Alibaba) makes all goods and businesses on a platform to link people to things; the Tencent (Tencent) has done social exchanges to achieve links between people and people. Is that the next chance? I don't think it is.

In the process of investing, you have contacted and assessed a large number of enterprises and projects. What are the more important indicators for evaluating an enterprise's excellence or not?
 
The executive power of the enterprise is the most basic. The enterprise must have a base for every step. If we say that we are making a fool of ourselves, but we can not bear to see the actual achievements, we can not see a lot of pie but no one has landed. This shows that the team lacks executive power.  The goal is not very high. Even if we put forward the goal of making "1 yuan" this year, we can do it in trial and error. That is success.
 
A good enterprise has a common character. "It's hard to breed a cow", so first of all, the genes of a company are better. Inside the enterprise, there must be a strong internal driving force. There are a group of people with a heart and soul around it to materialize the spiritual power of the core people. From the perspective of VC (early stage of investment enterprise), the weight of people is seven or eight.
 
In contrast, patterns are less important, because patterns can be changed. Ali is a typical one. But many times, such a perfect person is hard to find. Therefore, in accordance with different stages of development of enterprises, users should also achieve dynamic balance.
