Brief introduction and purpose of Hongkong logistics chamber of Commerce
Founded in 2005, the Hongkong Logistics Association has been committed to promoting economic and business development for the logistics industry in Hongkong. We are a member of the Logistics Development Council of the Hong Kong Government and a member of the Logistics Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. Within the framework of the Government Advisory Council, we actively focus on the development trend of the logistics industry and strive for a better business environment for the industry.

Our aim is to promote cooperation and exchanges among Hong Kong, the Mainland of China and the international logistics industry. We will use Hong Kong as a bridge to create conditions for foreign investment to enter the Mainland market, to provide support for the Mainland counterparts to expand their business in Hong Kong and abroad, and to create business opportunities together. There are two members of the chamber of Commerce and individual members, including enterprises or individuals in China and Hong Kong.

The Council will set up domestic and overseas sub branches to take charge of the logistics information link and development in Hongkong. We have also set up a logistics professional committee to set up special research and development departments and executing units for all aspects of the logistics industry. The Committee includes: China Mainland Logistics Development Committee, International Logistics Committee, Cold Chain Logistics Committee, Land and Cross-border Transport Committee, Intelligent Logistics Committee, E-commerce Logistics Committee, Air Logistics Committee, Maritime Logistics Committee, Project Investment and Finance Committee, Human Resources Development and evaluation Committee.
