CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS
Forecast stock holdings to be maintained at approximately 1,400 - 2,100 export pallet spaces by June 2016
Inbound volumes from Australia/Europe per month would be approximately 700 – 800 export pallets spread across two to three
Outbound volumes per month would be approximately 700 – 800 export pallets, distributed to 4 + bonded warehouses throughout
Significant growth volumes forecast over next 12 months

KEY POINTS TO CONSIDER
3PL warehouse to be able to facilitate strong systemised controls/IT, traceability of goods movements best before dates /
Live integration of stock holdings & shipping data with systems
Warehouse needs to be suitable to store pharma/healthcare products and must be in line with GMP guidelines
client goods cannot be stored with hazards materials, inc but not limited to; pesticides, poisons, toxins, radioactive, penicillins, cephalosporin’s, solvents, biological organisms or materials.
Temperature - controlled environment and reporting of temperature at max 24 degrees – automated reporting required for temperature alarms
Pallets must be wrapped, stock is not to be stored directly on the floor
Fire systems (inc sprinkler) must be operational in all storage environments, including servicing records for audit purposes
Secure facility systems (signed off by QA/OPS)
Premises and storage areas undergo regular a pest control program or must ensure that pest control activitie
Desktop audit & onsite audit by client's QA required prior to operation
All transportation to be in climate controlled containers to max 24 degrees
Regular audits of transportation conditions to be undertaken
