       Water temperature is too high

       Water temperature is high for many reasons: temperature control switch, pump, sub-fan, water pipe rust, the backwater is not good and other factors will cause such a knot phenomenon. The engine water temperature is mainly the temperature and the thermostat is working properly, the pump can establish sufficient pressure, the cooling fan can reach the standard speed. Then how to check the Suzhou forklift water temperature is not normal? Cooling system generally by the cooling fan, radiator, thermostat and other components. Cooling fan is often driven directly by the engine, and the fan speed and engine speed. The cooling water temperature control mainly depends on the thermostat.

       Thermostat

       1, the engine starts after the inspection: open the radiator to add water cover, if the radiator cooling water calm, then the thermostat working properly, otherwise, that the thermostat malfunction.

       When the water temperature is higher than 80 ℃, the expansion of the expansion tube, the main valve gradually open, the radiator circulating water within the beginning, the main valve is closed, when the water temperature is below 70 ℃, the thermostat expansion tube is in a contraction state, flow.

       3, when the water temperature table indicates below 70 ℃, the radiator inlet water flow if the Department, the water temperature is hot, then the table when the thermostat main valve closed lax, so that the cooling water premature cycle.

       4, the water temperature after the check: the engine work early, the water temperature thousands quickly; when the water temperature table indicates 80, the heating rate slowed down, then the thermostat working properly. Conversely, if the water temperature has been rising quickly, when the internal pressure reaches a certain level, the sudden overflow of boiling water, it indicates that the main valve is stuck, suddenly open.

       5, in the water temperature table instructions 70 ℃ -80 ℃, open the radiator cap and radiator drain switch, with the feel of its water temperature, if the hot instructions thermostat working properly; if the radiator water inlet water temperature is low, and the radiator Water inlet pipe at the water outflow or water is very small, indicating the main thermostat valve can not be opened.

       Water pumps

       Pump is cooling water circulating in the cooling system power, affecting the pump factors impeller and belt, impeller loose cooling water can not be recycled, leading to damage to the pump. Belt is too large, resulting in high water temperature, too small will pump bearings, generator bearings damage.

       fan

       Fan air volume detection: a thin paper can be placed in front of the radiator, when the engine is running, if the paper can be blown open, then the amount of air enough. This and the front engine of the car fan inward suction difference. Blade can not be installed anti, and should ensure that the fan put shield complete and effective.

       heat sink

       Radiator, the forklift chassis is low, the radiator placed in the rear of the vehicle. Dust is easy to accumulate on the surface of the radiator, if not cleaned, it will seriously affect the cooling effect. Cooling water is strictly prohibited to use "hard water" to prevent the radiator in the scale, resulting in insufficient cooling water added.
